CODE OF CONDUCT

Heart and Rhythm Dance Studio LLC is committed to providing a welcoming, safe, inclusive, and professional environment where students, instructors, staff, and guests can learn, create, and grow. The following standards help ensure a positive experience for everyone.

To maintain a positive, safe, and professional environment, all students, instructors, staff, and guests are expected to follow these standards:

• Treat everyone with respect, kindness, and courtesy at all times.
• Harassment, bullying, intimidation, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
• Follow all instructions provided by instructors and staff promptly and respectfully.
• Maintain appropriate language, behavior, and attire for a friendly learning environment.
• Please make a reasonable effort to arrive on time. If you anticipate being late or absent, notify the studio or instructor as soon as reasonably possible.
• Help keep studio spaces clean, organized, and free from damage.
• Respect personal boundaries, property, and belongings of others.
• Refrain from disruptive behavior that interferes with learning, rehearsals, performances, or studio operations.
• Photography, video recording, and social media posting must respect the privacy and consent of others.
• Concerns, conflicts, or complaints should be brought to studio management respectfully and through appropriate channels.
• Retaliation against any individual who raises a concern in good faith is prohibited.
• Illegal activity, possession of weapons, or use of alcohol or illegal drugs on studio premises is strictly prohibited.

Violation of code of conduct could result in the following:

• Written warning.
• Temporary removal from a class, event, or performance.
• Suspension from studio activities.
• Termination of enrollment, employment, membership, or studio privileges.
• Immediate removal from the premises for serious misconduct, threats, violence, harassment, or safety concerns.
• The studio reserves the right to determine appropriate corrective action based on the circumstances of each situation.
• By this waiver and release, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and fully agree to the terms of this waiver and release and its contents. My signature is proof of my intent to execute a complete and unconditional waiver and release of all liabilities in force under the law
